Analytics and the hourly breakdown
Read your VideoBB stats: views, watch time, average view length and likes. See a 28-day chart and views by hour for any of the last 90 days.
VideoBB analytics show how many people watch, for how long, and at what time of day. Your studio dashboard covers the whole channel, and each video has its own Stats page. Both include an hour-by-hour chart.
Where to find your numbers
- Your studio dashboard shows total videos, views, likes and followers, a 28-day chart of views and a Views by hour chart.
- For one video, press Stats next to it in the studio list.
What each number means

| Average view duration | Watch time divided by views: how long a typical view lasts |
| Likes / dislikes | How viewers rated it |
| Comments | How many comments are showing |
| Daily views, last 28 days | One bar per day. Hover a bar for its views and minutes watched |
| Daily detail | A table of views and minutes watched for each of the last 28 days |
Views by hour
This chart splits one day into 24 bars, one per hour. Use the arrows or the date box to pick any day in the last 90 days. For today, it shows the hours so far. Open Hourly detail under the chart for the exact numbers. The hours follow the server's clock, which may differ from your own time zone.
Why a number can change later
Only genuine viewing is counted, and counts update periodically. A view that just happened may take a little while to show.
Using analytics to improve
- Compare average view duration with the video's length. A big gap means people leave early, so check your opening.
- Look at which hours your viewers watch, and publish a little before that time.
- When a day spikes, think about what happened: a share, an embed or a new video.
- Watch hours also count toward the Creator Program, which needs 100 in the last 30 days.
