Support for uploads, playback and Premium
Most answers are already in the help centre. It covers uploads, encoding times, quality levels, Premium and earnings. If you are still stuck, send the form below.
For Premium and receipt questions, start with billing and cancelling Premium. You can see your purchases yourself on your account page.
Reporting content that breaks the rules
Every video, comment and channel has a flag button. A report goes straight to the moderation queue, and a person reads it. The steps are in how to report a video, comment or channel.
If we removed something of yours, reply to the notice or send the form with the topic "Appeal a removal or strike" within 30 days. A different moderator looks at it again. See strikes and appeals for the full process.
Copyright notices
Takedown notices and counter-notices follow the DMCA process. Choose the topic "Copyright notice (DMCA)" and include every item that page lists. A notice with missing parts cannot be acted on.
Advertising and brand partnerships
Advertisers and agencies use the form on the advertising page. It goes straight to the partnerships team. Creators who want to earn can read about the Creator Program.
Press, partnerships and security
Press, interview and integration questions use the topic "Press or partnerships". If you find a security flaw, tell us privately with the topic "A security problem".
What to include in your message
A few details save a round of questions. Please add:
- The link to the video, channel or page the question is about.
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
- For playback problems, the browser and device you used.
- For upload problems, the file type and rough file size.
