Billing, receipts and cancelling
VideoBB Premium is paid from your creator earnings, for 30 days or a year. It never renews, so there is nothing to cancel. Receipts are on your billing page.
Premium is paid from your creator earnings balance, for 30 days or for a year at a time. It is not a subscription. It never renews by itself, so there is nothing to cancel and no card to update.
How to get Premium
- Open your billing page, or the Premium page.
- Pick 30 days or 1 year.
- Press Pay from earnings. Premium starts at once, and the page shows the date it runs until.

Earnings come from viewer tips, your Creator Program share and referrals. If your balance is too low, the page tells you how much more you need.
Buying more time
You can buy again whenever you like. New time is added after your current end date, so nothing is lost.
Receipts
Every purchase gets a receipt on your billing page. Open it and press Print or save as PDF. Your earnings ledger also lists each purchase with its new end date.
Ending Premium
There is nothing to cancel
- Premium ends on the date shown on your billing page.
- Nothing is charged after that date.
- Your account then goes back to the free plan: playback up to 1080p and 10 new videos a day.
Refunds
Refunds are handled case by case in line with consumer law. Write to the team through the contact page and include the receipt number.
