Terms of service: content, accounts and Premium

1. The service

VideoBB provides hosting, encoding and playback of videos you upload. We may change or discontinue features with notice where practical.

2. Your content

Ownership

You keep ownership of everything you upload.

The licence you give VideoBB

You grant VideoBB a licence to store, encode, distribute and display it as needed to run the service, including in embedded players on third-party sites where you allow embedding.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for having the rights to what you publish and for complying with the community guidelines.

Inactive videos that are not public

VideoBB hosts videos so people can watch them. It is not a storage service. A video that is private or unlisted, or that could not be processed, is deleted after 30 days without views. Only views from other people count; playing your own video does not. For the last 7 days before the deletion, the studio shows the date next to the video, and you can keep it by making it public. A deleted video and its files cannot be restored. Videos that are still uploading or processing are never deleted by this rule. This rule applies from 7 October 2026. How it works.

3. Accounts

You must be 13 or older. Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or the law.

4. Premium

Payment

Premium is paid from your creator earnings balance, for 30 days or for one year at a time. It is not a subscription and never renews automatically.

Ending

Premium ends on the date shown on your billing page unless you buy more time. There is nothing to cancel.

Refunds

Refunds are handled case by case in accordance with consumer law.

5. Acceptable use

When you use VideoBB, the following are not allowed:

• No 18+ content: no nudity, sexual content, pornography or graphic violence. See the community guidelines.
• No scraping at scale.
• No interference with the service.
• No circumvention of quality gating.
• No automated traffic designed to inflate views.

6. Imported videos

Only import videos you made or hold the rights to publish. You remain responsible for everything you import, including clips generated with third-party AI tools and videos imported from YouTube. Before a YouTube import starts you must confirm that you own the video or have the rights to upload it. We keep the source link of every YouTube import, privately, so we can act on copyright notices.

7. Copyright

See the copyright and DMCA page. Repeat infringers are terminated.

8. Warranty and liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, VideoBB is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Keep your own copies of your files.

9. Changes

We will announce material changes to these terms on this page at least 14 days before they take effect.
