Strikes, suspensions and appeals
How VideoBB enforces its rules, from labels and warnings to strikes. Three strikes in 90 days close a channel. Appeal within 30 days.
VideoBB enforces its rules in steps, from a correction up to closing an account. Most first problems end with a correction or a warning. Every decision can be appealed within 30 days.
The enforcement ladder
- Held for review. Automated filters can only hold something. A machine never publishes or removes anything.
- Correct. Misleading titles, thumbnails or descriptions are fixed with the creator.
- Removal and warning. The item comes down, and the channel gets a notice naming the rule.
- Strike. 18+ content, copyright, harassment and repeated spam count as strikes.
- Termination. Illegal content, malware and coordinated abuse end the account at once.

What a suspension means
A suspended account cannot sign in. The sign-in page says the account is suspended.
Strikes and earnings
A video removed for policy or copyright also affects the Creator Program, which needs a clean record for the last 90 days.
How to appeal a decision
- Within 30 days, reply to the notice you received, or send the form on the contact page with the link to the item.
- A different moderator reviews the decision within five business days.
- The item is restored and the strike removed, or the decision is upheld with a written reason.
What to include
- The link to the video, comment or channel.
- Which decision you disagree with, and why.
- Any proof that helps, such as a licence for music you used.
