Its guides rely on primary sources, most often the HLS specification (RFC 8216), the tus protocol, FFmpeg's documentation, MDN's guides to web video and Apple's HLS documentation. Every guide lists its own sources at the end.

A claim about a standard is checked against the standard itself, not a blog post about it.
A claim about VideoBB is checked against what the live pipeline does today.
When a number is a rule of thumb rather than part of a specification, the guide says so.
